ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA AGROWISATA KAMPOENG RABBIT’S DI KELURAHAN MENTANGOR KECAMATAN TENAYAN RAYA KOTA PEKANBARU PROVINSI RIAU

Agrotourism is a tourist activity that involves the use of agricultural land or related facilities become an attraction for tourists. Agriculture in broadest sense includes people's agriculture, plantations, livestock, fisheries, and forestry. This study aims to analyze: The financial viability agrotourism business kampoeng rabbit's. research method survey method, on rabbit's Village Mentangor District Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru. was conducted 6 months starting from August 2020 January 2021. respondents this were entrepreneurs 8 workers. Furthermore, analyzed descriptively quantitatively, analysis, investment criteria (Net Present Value, Internal Rate Of Return, Net B /C Payback Period). types data used are secondary primary data. results showed feasibility analysis ecotourism worthy because it has met 4 with NPV value 637,900,658 > 0, / C 1.17 1, IRR 29% 12% payback rate 2 years 11 days < life (10 years).
